1. What is a commission rebate?  A commission is a portion of the real estate’s commission given back to the. This could result in substantial savings for the buyer, and in this specific case, the rebate being offered to tenants who choose to buy a house is 25% of commission.

2. How does the commission rebate work?  Post-closing, the seller pays the commission, generally between 2.5-3%, we then give a part of that commission (25%) back to you the buyer, in a cash credit at closing.
